Benewake TFMini-S LiDAR Sensor Benewake TFMini-S LIDAR Sensor is a low-cost short-range distance sensor. The sensor is small in size and lightweight and can detect up to 12 meters range while resisting ambient lights. This module uses the time-of-flight (ToF) principle to measure the distance. TFMini-S can be used in applications that need stable, accurate, and high frame-rate range detection. High frame rates of up to 1000Hz combined with an average low power consumption of 700mW, make this module appropriate for many applications, including but not limited to Intelligent traffic monitoring, Intelligent Parking lot systems to show the open lots, and being installed on UAVs and drones as an obstacle avoidance sensor. The range resolution is 1cm, and accuracy equals 6cm under 6 meters (±1% from 6m~12m). The minimum required distance from the sensor for objects is 10cm (Blind Spot).
