OverView MG40 GCS is a case-type handheld ground control station with a dual high-quality and high brightness screen. Multiple configurable physical channels are available on the unit to control your drone. It weighs less than 6kg and can be carried easily. MG40 is an all-in-one GCS with a built-in communication link. This unit belongs to our advanced lineup of ground control stations rc , offering high-performance solutions for field operations and demanding UAV missions. However, other third-party datalinks in the market are also supported. It is manufactured from aviation aluminum, has a rugged design, and is suitable for operation in harsh environments. Double touchscreen with high resolutions and high brightness are installed in a foldable design that can be opened up to 180° . The upper screen is a 13.3″ screen with 1000nit brightness and 1920×1080 resolution. The lower screen is a 12.3″ screen with 1500nit brightness and 1280×800 resolution. There is no problem working with the system under direct sunlight. MG40 comes with a built-in datalink system. Telemetry data, Radio control signal (RC signal), and video can be transmitted simultaneously from the ground station to the air unit. In a Lind of Sight setup, the communication range can be established up to 10km distance . Two SBUS ports are available on the air unit for radio control signals. Multiple physical channels including two main joysticks , and 12 key buttons are available on the GCS. It is also possible to define combinational buttons to simulate other functions.
