Production First, we select and sort the cells by internal resistance We glue insulating rings on each battery to prevent short circuits We mount the batteries in a plastic case for durability and protection against short circuits We weld the cells together using a powerful welding machine. We use a nickel-plated or copper strip with a width of 10 mm and a thickness of 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm as a connection. The next step is to solder the power cables (10AWG or 12AWG, depending on the current strength of the assembly) with an XT60H-F connector and the balancing cables with an XH2.54 7-pin connector. After soldering, all cables are laid flat along the assembly so that they do not rub against each other and cause a short circuit during battery use. We insulate all exposed elements and parts of the assembly with a layer of insulating cortex and additionally fasten all elements with reinforced, high-temperature adhesive tape. After reliable isolation of all internal elements and open contacts, the assembly is packed in two layers in shrink film. We usually use blue or black film, but we can use any other color if necessary. The last and one of the most important steps is to check the finished assembly and balance all internal elements to the same value of 3.7 volts. If necessary, we can charge the assembly to 100% for further use.
