Production First, we select and sort the cells by internal resistance We glue insulating rings on each battery to prevent short circuits We mount the batteries in a plastic case for durability and protection against short circuits We weld the cells together using a powerful welding machine. We use a nickel-plated or copper strip with a width of 10 mm and a thickness of 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm as a connection. The next step is to solder the power cables (10AWG or 12AWG, depending on the current strength of the assembly) with an XT60H-F connector and the balancing cables with an XH2.54 7-pin connector. After soldering, all cables are laid flat along the assembly so that they do not rub against each other and cause a short circuit during battery use.
